South Florida Top Real Estate Deals: July 7, 2026


🏆 Residential: The top residential sale was in Boca Raton, where a home at 1992 Royal Palm Way hit records for $24 million. John and Kathleen Slavik were the buyers; the seller was a trust attached to Sheetz founder Robert G. Sheetz. The home measures 6,100 square feet with four bedrooms and five and a half baths. David Roberts with Royal Palm Properties double-ended the deal. 

🏆 Commerical: The top commercial sale to hit records was in West Palm Beach at 4645 Gun Club Road for $15 million. Gun Club Subsidiary LLC and Gun Club Shopping Center LLC were the sellers. Sesin LLC was the buyer. The shopping center spans about 37,000 square feet. 

📊 Residential: In Pinecrest, a vacant lot at 6525 Southwest 94th Street sold for $14.3 million. The seller was a company tied to Oscar Renjel. The buyer was 6525 Southwest Street Limited Partnership. The property spans almost an acre and last traded in 2024 for $3.4 million.

📊 Residential: A 4,800-square-foot condo at 2655 South Bayshore Drive in Miami changed hands for $12.5 million or about $2,600 per square foot. The seller was Mafer Coconut Grove LLC, which purchased the property in 2024 for $8.8 million. The unit has four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and views of the Biscayne Bay. The buyer was a trust. Jeannette Behrens and Marcela Parker with Coldwell Banker Realty had the listing. Alicia Lamadrid with Cervera Real Estate brought the buyer.

📊 Residential: A home in Boca Raton sold for $15.5 million at 481 Thatch Palm Drive. The sellers were Catherine and Paul Stile, and the buyer was 481 Thatch Palm Land Trust. The home spans about 8,500 square feet breaking the sale down to about $1,800 per square foot. David Roberts with Royal Palm Properties had the listing; Michelle Smith with Penderwhite Properties brought the buyer.

📊 Residential: In Gulf Stream, a home at 3030 North Ocean Boulevard sold for $10.1 million. John L. Papera and his wife, Christina Papera, were the sellers. Leighton and Beatrice Welsh were the buyers. The home features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, measuring around 4,800 square feet.
