Syrian judoka Esraa Ajina wins silver medal at Asian Championship


Amman, July 17 (SANA) Syrian judoka Esraa Ajina won the silver medal in the 40kg category at the Asian Judo Championship held in Jordan’s capital, Amman.

Ajina secured second place after a strong final bout against an Uzbek judoka.

She advanced to the final after overcoming her opponents in the preliminary rounds.

Ajina is among Syria’s promising judo athletes, having demonstrated strong technical skills and competitive ability throughout the tournament.
