Ukraine and Moldova discussed infrastructure projects, border control, and economic cooperation


Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Koretsky held a phone conversation with Prime Minister of Moldova Vasile Toffan. The parties discussed joint infrastructure projects, the organization of border control, and the development of trade and economic cooperation between the countries. Koretsky reported this on Telegram, writes UNN.

According to him, the interlocutors agreed to seek mutually acceptable solutions regarding the organization of border control to make it faster and more convenient for people and businesses.

In addition, Koretsky proposed resuming the work of the Intergovernmental Ukrainian-Moldovan Mixed Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation and invited the Prime Minister of Moldova to visit Ukraine.
