DICKSON, Tenn. (WZTV) — A 10-year-old girl was injured Monday after being struck by a pickup truck on private property in Dickson County, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
The incident happened about 4:32 p.m. on the 1600 area of Highway 48 South in Dickson.
A preliminary THP report says a 2022 Dodge Ram 2500 was traveling on private property when the girl was struck by the truck’s left front.
Troopers said the child was near the side of a driveway, just over a slight hill crest, when she was struck.
THP told FOX 17 News there are no pending charges against the driver.
The preliminary report confirms the girl was injured but does not detail her condition.
