Dwivedi has extensive experience in advising banks, financial institutions and developers on various aspects of project finance, structured finance, and debt capital markets transactions.
Pandey has more than 10 years of experience in M&As (both inbound and outbound), private equity, corporate restructuring, regulatory and general corporate advisory.
Mehta specialises in M&As, joint ventures, private equity and corporate advisory, and has represented several multinational corporations (MNCs), corporates, as well as investment and commercial banks, on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions.
Doshi has more than 17 years’ experience in corporate commercial and general corporate transactions and advisory. She manages transactions in the growth capital space, focused on venture and growth capital, spanning a broad range of new-age businesses.
Tyagi has advised issuers, as well as merchant bankers on various Indian equity capital markets transactions, foreign listings and international high-yield bond transactions, foreign currency convertible bonds issuances, as well as buyback of shares by Indian listed companies.
Garg has more than 18 years of experience and her practice spans the full spectrum of debt capital markets and structured finance transactions. She is also a leading adviser to MNCs, global payment platforms and digital lending businesses in the fintech and digital payments space.
Pathak is an advocate-on-record at the Supreme Court with 18 years of experience in disputes and advisory work. His practice spans a broad spectrum of complex commercial and regulatory disputes, both in litigation and arbitration.
