HIGHLAND TWP, PA — A 38-year-old man faces defiant trespass and related charges following an incident on private property in Highland Township, according to Parkesburg Borough police.
Police reported filing criminal charges against Lewis F. Brown in connection with the Sept. 25 incident. Authorities did not provide additional details about the circumstances surrounding the alleged trespass.
Police listed Brown’s arrest date as Sept. 28.
A preliminary hearing will be scheduled in District Court 15-3-07.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
