Infratil Limited Successfully Issues New Infrastructure Bonds


Infratil Limited (IFUUF) has released an update.

Infratil Limited has fully issued 204,492,000 new Infrastructure Bonds, each at a value of NZ$1.00, raising a total of NZ$204,492,000. The bonds, which are due in December 2031, were offered following board approval and detailed in the Terms Sheets dated May 27 and 31, 2024. This strategic financial move aims to bolster the company’s capital structure and support its infrastructure projects.
