India and Taiwan score Gold in Health and Wellness category at Cannes Lions: Impact BBDO Dubai take out Grand Prix for Good

Impact BBDO Dubai’s ‘Child Wedding Cards’ campaign for UN Women has talken out the Lions Health and United Nations Foundation Grand Prix for Good. Gold Lions went to McCann India and Leo Burnett Taiwan.

 

‘Child Wedding Cards’ was created to motivate lawmakers to pass a bill protecting children from child marriage, UN Women chose to target leaders with a direct mail campaign. Members of the National Assembly of Pakistan received an invitation to a fictional child’s wedding. Through a wedding card that would suit a child’s wedding, designed entirely by children.

McCann India won Gold for ‘Fit My Feet’ a campaign for Buckaroo Footwear. Leo Burnett Taipei’s Gold was for Taiwan Organ Sharing ‘Paper Organs’.

Three Bronze Lions in the category, to VML Indonesia, McCann India and Ogilvy India, were announced earlier today.
