Knicks Unveil Dazzling Championship Ring, Give Fans Chance to Own Piece of History Themselves

The New York Knicks are celebrating their long-awaited championship glory with a one-of-a-kind tribute to their historic title run.

The team unveiled a custom championship ring created by luxury jeweler Jason of Beverly Hills at Madison Square Garden ahead of its Opening Night matchup against the Philadelphia 76ers on Tuesday (Oct. 20).

The ring commemorates the franchise’s first NBA title in 53 years, incorporating details that celebrate the team’s achievement and its iconic home arena.

Per a press release, the ring is crafted from white gold by Jason of Beverly Hills’ in-house artisans and engineers, and features just under 800 diamonds and sapphires totaling 22 carats.

Round brilliant and emerald-cut white diamonds are paired with radially set blue sapphires reflecting the Knicks’ signature colors.

The design features an innovative mechanism that raises a miniature recreation of Madison Square Garden’s exterior with a simple turn. The ring also twists open to reveal a detailed model of the arena’s lower bowl, while the underside of its removable top recreates the Garden’s distinctive ceiling architecture.

Jason Arasheben, founder and CEO of Jason of Beverly Hills, said the project called for a design worthy of the franchise and its passionate fan base.

“We felt the pressure to create something truly revolutionary, worthy of an iconic franchise and a city as passionate about basketball as New York, while translating the defining moments of the Knicks’ championship run into an extraordinary piece of design. Bringing Madison Square Garden to life through the ring’s innovative moving mechanisms was central to that vision, and we’re proud to have partnered with the Knicks to create a piece of history that will stand the test of time,” Arasheben said via press release.

Fans can also access a six-piece collection through the Knicks Championship Fan Program.

The limited-edition Knicks Premier Championship Ring is limited to just 200 pieces and priced at $19,995. More information is available at jasonofbh.com/knicks26.
