British alternative rock trio Tigercub‘s new album “Nets To Catch The Wind” has just made it out into the world flanked by a music video for their new single from it, “Silver Smile“. The band’s vocalist/guitarist Jamie Stephen Hall had the following to share about that song:
“‘Silver Smile‘ is about a composite figure I only ever meet in dreams, my mind splicing together people I’ve known, with all their traits showing up wearing the same face.”
Musically, ‘Silver Smile‘ is the most dense and complex song on the album. Layered with massive guitars, intricate arrangements, and cinematic production, it showcases Tigercub’s evolution into darker and more expansive sonic territory. Blending emotional intensity with atmospheric tension, the track highlights the band’s signature fusion of heavy dynamics and melodic songwriting.”
“Nets To Catch The Wind” once again arrives through Loosegroove Records, a label co-founded by Stone Gossard of grunge legends Peal Jam. Gossard has been a passionate advocate of Tigercub for several years now.
