MidCap Financial, a commercial finance company focused on middle-market transactions, provided a senior secured credit facility to Northridge Infrastructure Solutions. Proceeds from the credit facility were used to support Imperial Capital’s acquisition of an anchor investment in the Northridge platform, and to provide liquidity to support ongoing working capital needs and growth.
