Bedford estate agent Cooper Wallace has won a national gold award in the British Property Awards, making them the ‘best British estate agent’ after also securing first place in the local and regional stages of the competition.
The British Property Awards is one of the most prestigious estate agency awards, using an independent judging panel and not charging for entries.
They were established to help consumers to make an informed decision on which agent to choose.
Entrants are judged through mystery shopping with visits then analysed alongside a number of data sets and the agent’s online presence.
Not only did Cooper Wallace scoop the 2023 Bedford award, they then went on to win regional gold in the East of England, regional gold in the south and finally gold as the Best British Estate Agent – making them the best in Britain.
David Garafalo, Director said: “We are delighted to win this award and shows our policy of putting customer service front and centre of everything we do, staff training and development means we go that extra mile to help all our customers through the house buying and selling process.”
Ben Wallace, Director added, “Having already won the award for Bedford previously in 2018 and 2022 this is really an outstanding accolade that the team has achieved”
Cooper Wallace launched in 2017, focussing on a customer first approach coupled with a dedication to staff development.
