Hello Kitty fans just got a pitch-perfect gaming headset to go along with all their favorite Sanrio titles.
Hardware brand Razer has officially rolled out its latest themed headset, the Kraken Kitty V2 — Hello Kitty Rose Gold Edition. Nearly identical to previous editions of the Kraken Kitty headset, the Kraken Kitty V2 – Hello Kitty Rose Gold Edition is replete with all the usual logos and decals, as well as Hello Kitty’s iconic ears and bow.

Currently, the Kraken Kitty V2 – Hello Kitty Rose Gold Edition is available at retail price for $139.99. However, the item is a Target-exclusive, leaving fans outside the United States to order online or from third-party sellers if they want to get their hands on new special edition drop.

The new headset from Razer is just one of countless pieces of Hello Kitty merchandise that have been announced over the past few months, although it is perhaps one of the most timely. Currently, Hello Kitty is riding a wave of renewed interest in the world of gaming thanks to releases such as the Animal Crossing: New Horizons-esque Hello Kitty Island Adventure and the intro to hero shooters that is Hello Kitty and Friends Freeze Tag Party.
Hello Kitty and her fellow Sanrio mascot characters are even headed back to the Nintendo Switch later this year for Sanrio Characters Smash Festa! — a new sports title that offers players a faster-paced gaming experience. Developed by Tatsumaki Games and Mankind Games, Smash Festa! will give players control of 20 different Sanrio characters as they compete across more than 50 unique stages.
The official game description for Sanrio Characters Smash Festa! reads: “Let’s all have fun playing crazy sports together!.. A sports festival that anyone can play right away has begun. Hit the ball and score points by scoring in the opponent’s goal. The rules are simple, so all your friends can have fun!”
