ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Duke in Bernalillo County has waited 102 days for a home and Rose Gold in Lincoln County also needs a family.
Duke is at the Bernalillo County Animal Care Center. The shelter describes him as a laid-back dog who likes a cozy couch, TV marathons, tasty treats, relaxing car rides and leisurely strolls.
The shelter says Duke is gentle, affectionate, well-mannered and likes meeting new people wherever he goes.
Rose Gold is in Lincoln County. She is a 6-year-old shepherd mix at the shelter in Ruidoso.
The shelter describes Rose Gold as a dog with a heart of gold, a smile that melts away stress and a goofy side that shows when she feels loved.
The shelter says Rose Gold likes hugs, walks, games and cozy evenings, and she is ready for a forever home.
