White Gold (TSX-V:WGO) has extended gold mineralisation at the VG and Ryan’s Surprise deposits within its White Gold Project in Yukon, Canada.
At VG, hole QV26-025 returned 21.75m @ 2.73 grams per tonne gold (Au) from 259.25m, including 8.80m @ 4.18g/t Au.
White Gold describes it as the ‘strongest’ VG intersection below 125m vertical depth. Alongside earlier holes, the result extends known mineralisation from approximately 230m to 350m down-plunge across 170m of strike.
At Ryan’s Surprise, five holes extended stacked mineralised lenses approximately 50m east and west. Western step-out WHTRS26D035 returned 20.82m @ 0.96g/t Au and 9.70m @ 1.46g/t Au, while eastern hole WHTRS26D037A intersected 2.25m @ 3.36g/t Au.
Reported intervals are core lengths, with true widths estimated at 80–95%.
VP Exploration Dylan Langille says geological similarities between Golden Saddle, VG, and the Chris Creek target may indicate a broader structural relationship.
“All three sit along large-scale, east-west-trending crustal faults, and we are increasingly interpreting them as potentially related expressions of the same structurally controlled gold system,” Langille says.
White Gold completed 53 holes totalling approximately 18,810m during 2026. Results have been reported for nine holes, with assays pending from another 44.
The current project resource contains 1.73 million ounces (Moz) of indicated gold and 1.27Moz of inferred gold. The latest results will be incorporated into future resource updates.
The assays follow strategic partner Agnico Eagle Mines’ (TSX:AEM) backing of White Gold’s proposed W2 Critical Minerals spinout, as previously reported by Mining.com.au.
