People Moves for the week ending Oct. 2

From originations and fundraising to AI value creation and investor relations, this week’s hiring activity spanned hedge funds, real estate, private credit, private equity and venture capital.

Geographic expansion was a recurring theme. Hayfin Capital hired for a new Seoul office, while Temasek announced plans for another Middle East office. StepStone Group added a local pension executive in Tokyo as it expands in Asia, and Pantheon hired a Middle East executive from Sagard to support its presence in the region.
