Bless Collection Hotels, the luxury brand of Palladium Hotel Group, is set to open its first hotel in Barcelona this summer, adding a new address near Passeig de Gràcia and Plaza de Catalunya to the city’s high-end hospitality market. The property, Bless Barcelona, will begin operating in mid-summer, with an official opening planned for autumn 2026.
The hotel will have 119 rooms and suites and will follow a design concept that blends classical sophistication with contemporary style. Palladium Hotel Group says the project is built around the brand’s identity and is intended to accompany guests throughout the day, with a main restaurant, a wine bar, and a rooftop area with a pool. Booking platform listings confirm the property will offer a poolside bar, a rooftop terrace, a 24-hour gym, and individually furnished rooms with 24-hour room service and premium bedding.
The Barcelona property is located in the Eixample district, close to Palau de la Música Catalana and Casa Batlló, placing it in one of the city’s most recognised premium areas, known for designer shops, landmark architecture and some of its most established five-star hotels.
The opening follows the launch of Bless Ibiza The Site, a 461-room property in Playa d’en Bossa that opened in June 2026 with interiors by the Lázaro Rosa-Violán Studio and a gastronomic hub featuring globally recognised chefs including Gordon Ramsay and Dabiz Muñoz. The Barcelona property will become the brand’s fourth hotel, joining Bless Ibiza Cala Nova and Bless Hotel Madrid, which is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World.
Alfonso Pérez Liñán, Vice President of Commercial for the Luxury and Lifestyle segment at Palladium Hotel Group, has noted that both Bless Collection Hotels and the Only YOU Hotels brand have reached a point of maturity to scale, with Barcelona forming part of a broader multi-year expansion plan.
Further international growth is already confirmed, with two hotels in Vietnam and one in Milan due to open between 2027 and 2029. In addition, Palladium Hotel Group plans to introduce its Only YOU Hotels brand near Times Square in New York in late 2026, marking the group’s debut in the United States.
Palladium Hotel Group, owned by Grupo Empresas Matutes, manages more than 40 hotels and has more than 13,000 rooms across eight countries under eight hotel brands, including Only YOU Hotels, Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel, TRS Hotels, Grand Palladium Hotels and Resorts, and Bless Collection Hotels.
Barcelona remains one of Europe’s most competitive luxury hotel markets, supported by year-round demand from international visitors, business travellers and high-spending leisure guests. The arrival of Bless Barcelona adds another internationally branded luxury hotel to a market that has remained resilient despite broader pressure on urban tourism in parts of Europe. For Palladium, it marks another step in extending a luxury label that started in Ibiza and Madrid and is now moving into one of Spain’s most prominent city destinations.
