This May and June, Helsloot lands in North America for the first time as a headlining solo act – eleven shows across eleven cities in the US and Canada. It’s a long-awaited arrival for the Dutch artist behind “Because You Move Me” with Tinlicker, the song that quietly became one of melodic dance music’s defining records of the decade: over 600 million streams on Spotify alone and counting, plus Platinum plaques across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and Gold across Canada, France, and the Netherlands.
Stepping out from a decade spent shaping records behind the scenes, Helsloot has used the last two years to sharpen his own voice – a sound rooted in Melodic Techno and Disco but pulled in unexpected directions by his Hip-Hop instincts, and championed by tastemaker labels including Get Physical, Anjunadeep, This Never Happened, Ritter Butzke, and more.
The tour comes off the back of his recent 14-track artist mix album “Body Language Vol. 27” for Get Physical’s signature series, alongside an ongoing collaboration streak that most recently saw his single with Beacon, “I Was There,” reworked by Booka Shade in April 2026. He’ll also be unveiling brand new music along the way: a new single is set to drop in June 2026, with select dates on the tour offering North American audiences their very first listen of the unreleased material in a live setting.
The North American run sits at the centre of a watershed year for the artist – one that has already seen him support Tinlicker across Europe, and will close out with first-ever appearances at both Awakenings and Tomorrowland this summer. Helsloot (born Thomas Helsloot) is a Dutch-based artist known for his melodic, futuristic, and heavily Hip-Hop-influenced take on Techno and Disco. After the breakout success of “Because You Move Me” with Tinlicker (a track that gathered over one billion streams across all platforms) Helsloot quickly established himself as a distinctive voice within the electronic music scene.
His releases on labels including Get Physical, Anjunadeep, and This Never Happened solidify his signature blend of emotive songwriting and forward-thinking club music. In 2024, Helsloot released his debut album “Never Tried” (including standout records “Take Care” and “Let’s Pretend”), showcasing a deeper and more personal side of his artistry. He followed this up with “Body Language Vol. 27” for Get Physical, contributing his own interpretation to the label’s iconic series alongside a notable rework of the classic “Body Language”.
