Ssangyong E&C will launch sales of “Ssangyong The Platinum Seodaemun” in the Hongeun-dong area of Seoul’s Seodaemun-gu in August. Interest among genuine homebuyers is expected to rise amid a shortage of new apartment supply in northwestern Seoul.
Ssangyong The Platinum Seodaemun will be built at 355 Hongeun-dong, Seodaemun-gu, comprising three buildings ranging from four basement levels to 20 above-ground floors, with 177 units. Of these, 62 units in exclusive areas of 59 and 84 square meters are available for general sale.
The complex offers an excellent educational environment, with schools nearby including Myeongji Elementary, Chungam Elementary and Hongyeon Elementary, as well as Myeongji Middle School, Yeonhui Middle School, Myeongji High School and Chungam High School. A private academy district is also located right next to the complex. Transportation is convenient as well, with a bus stop directly in front of the complex providing easy access to Saejeol Station and Hapjeong Station on Seoul Subway Line 6. The model house will open in the area of 235 Susaek-ro, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, in August. Move-in is scheduled for January 2030.
