SHERIDAN — A Silver Creek man has died after an accident Saturday afternoon on Route 20.
Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies report at 2:52 p.m., they located a vehicle that had been involved in a motor vehicle accident. An investigation determined that the vehicle was traveling westbound and was operated by Andre Rosario, 24. Rosario reportedly lost control of the vehicle, causing it to leave the road and become involved in the accident.
Rosario was transported from the scene by EMS for treatment of his injuries. He later succumbed to injuries sustained in the accident.
