Not a night for the faint-hearted but when was Healy Park ever anything other than a forbidding challenge and a gruelling test of character.
Even so, this was an especially grim affair. Just under 5,000 showed up in atrocious conditions for the McKenna Cup final with Donegal finishing with 13 men and Derry also losing a player to a red card.
