Armadani Introduces ITA-Backed Retail Support Program for Independent Jewelers
Armadani, the Italian gold division of Richline Jewelry, has announced a new retail support program aimed at helping independent jewelers merchandise and sell Italian gold during the fall and holiday seasons. Developed in partnership with the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), the program combines virtual merchandising, digital sales tools, staff education, and localized marketing support.
Through a hybrid in-store and virtual merchandising model, participating retailers can present customers with a broader assortment of Armadani’s “Made in Italy” gold jewelry without carrying the corresponding inventory. Digital tools provide product information and real-time pricing and facilitate in-store searches, special orders, replenishment, and online shopping, while training resources are available to sales associates.
Armadani also is offering participating retailers customizable local marketing campaigns, with 2026 creative including lifestyle imagery, digital assets, and promotional materials that can be tailored according to a store’s market, customer profile, goals, and budget. The new support program is now available to retail partners carrying the Armadani collection.

GemFind Announces Global Shopping Intelligence Platform
GemFind Digital Solutions has introduced Global Pixel Analytics, a new feature within its JewelCloud 2.0 platform that gives jewelry suppliers and brands insight into consumer shopping behavior across participating retailers’ websites. Rather than limiting analytics to activity on a supplier’s own site, the technology aggregates anonymized product engagement—including impressions and clicks—across hundreds of independent jewelry retail websites within the JewelCloud network.
Suppliers can use the data to identify products attracting the most shopper interest, monitor category and regional performance, spot emerging trends, assess marketing campaigns, and track product popularity over time. GemFind says those insights can inform assortment, inventory, merchandising, product launches, and marketing decisions. The company says no personally identifiable consumer information is collected or shared.
Global Pixel Analytics joins JewelCloud 2.0’s existing suite of tools, which includes real-time product syndication and inventory synchronization, e-commerce integrations, digital merchandising, purchase-order automation, and AI-powered technology.

Rio Grande and MetalWerx Partner To Advance Argentium Silver Education
Rio Grande partnered with jewelry and metalsmithing school MetalWerx to support a five-day master class in argentium silver led by metalsmith Cynthia Eid. Held June 16–21, 2026, in Waltham, Mass., the workshop provided 12 students with hands-on instruction in techniques including annealing, soldering, fusing, granulation, hardening, finishing, and foldforming. Rio Grande donated the argentium silver used in the class.
The initiative comes as record-high gold prices are prompting some designers and studios to explore alternative precious metals. Argentium silver, a patented silver alloy available in 935, 940, and 960 purities, contains more pure silver than traditional sterling and is known for its tarnish resistance, brightness, and fabrication properties.
Eid has worked with argentium silver since 1999 and is one of two official Argentium Pioneers recognized by Argentium International Ltd. Rio Grande said the MetalWerx partnership reflects its broader investment in jewelry education and technical training for both emerging and professional makers.
The class was hosted by MetalWerx as part of its year-round programming designed to support artists at every stage of their careers. For more information, visit metalwerx.com.
