Ed-a-Mamma, founded by Alia Bhatt, has launched its Spring Summer 2026 collection titled ‘Summer Stories’.
The new range has been designed around children’s summer needs, focusing on lightweight, breathable, and easy-to-wear clothing with comfort as a key priority.
The collection includes themed capsules such as Citrus Bloom, Little Skies, Pixel Petals, and Tiny Tropic, each featuring different colour palettes and prints inspired by the season.
Designed for infants aged 0 to 4 years and children aged 4 to 14 years, the range includes relaxed silhouettes made using airy cottons, textured knits, and lightweight denims suited for Indian summer conditions.
The collection continues its sustainability-led approach, using natural fabrics, AZO-free non-toxic dyes, and GOTS-certified organic cotton for infant wear. Additional features include plastic-free buttons, nickel-free trims, recycled sewing threads, and denim developed through Zero Liquid Discharge-compliant processes that use lower water consumption.
Alia Bhatt said, “This Spring Summer collection from Ed-a-Mamma is really about celebrating those little things that make childhood so magical. We wanted it to feel light, easy, and full of personality, clothes that kids can actually live in… run around, explore, get messy, and just be themselves. We’ve worked with soft, breathable fabrics, happy colours, and nature-inspired prints because that connection to the outdoors has always been such a big part of what we do. For us, it’s always been about creating pieces that feel good in every sense, comfortable, thoughtfully made, and a little kinder to the planet.”
Beyond apparel, the company said it continues environmental initiatives through waste recovery programs. For every baby care unit sold, the brand supports the recovery of 0.5 kg of plastic across India.
Each garment also includes a #PlantABeej seedball aimed at encouraging children to engage with nature. The company said it also uses biodegradable packaging and repurposes fabric scraps into toys, potlis, and keepsakes.
The Summer Stories collection is available on the brand’s website and at flagship stores across Mumbai, Pune, Noida, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Raipur.
