Azerbaijan’s domestic public debt decreases by 7%


As of July 1, 2026, Azerbaijan’s domestic public debt stood at AZN 15.982 billion, the Ministry of Finance said, APA-Economics reports.

According to the ministry, the debt accounted for 12.2% of the country’s projected GDP for the current year.

Azerbaijan’s domestic public debt decreased by 6.96% compared to the same period last year.
