Beaverbrook estate in Surrey Hills secures £52m loan from OakNorth

OakNorth Bank has provided a £52m loan to Beaverbrook, a country house hotel in the Surrey Hills, to help refinance its existing facilities and look towards expansion.

The 470-acre Victorian estate is home to a 57-room hotel with four restaurants, two bars, tennis courts, a spa and a private cinema.

It’s now eyeing a stronger luxury accommodation offering with the launch of a Victorian village and five-bedroom private house.
