The appointment marks the latest milestone for the multi-award-winning finance company as it celebrates its 21st anniversary, welcomes new team members and moves into a new office in Kettering.
Halo Corporate Finance has announced the internal promotion of Daniel Gutteridge to the Board of Directors, bringing the total number of Directors within the business to four. Having previously served as Head of Sales, Daniel has played an important role in the company’s continued development. He will now take on broader responsibilities as part of the senior leadership team.
Stuart Sterling, Luke Hultquist and George Parker commented on the appointment in a joint statement: “We are proud to welcome Dan to the board at Halo. In the newly created role, Daniel will help drive the company’s next phase of growth and support the wider board with the development and delivery of its overall business strategy. He will also work closely with George Parker, Sales Director, providing support across the sales function and helping to identify new opportunities for sustainable growth.

This appointment marks a significant milestone for Halo Corporate Finance, as they celebrate their 21st anniversary. Alongside this, they’ve recently relocated to larger offices to accommodate their expanding team, and the firm is currently celebrating being shortlisted for the ‘Short-term Finance Broker of the Year (4+ brokers)’ at this year’s NACFB awards.
