Prime Capital Financial announced the acquisition of Access Capital and the addition of financial advisor Sean Spencer, strengthening the firm’s presence in Kansas and expanding its services for business owners, families, and individuals seeking comprehensive wealth management and financial planning solutions.
Based in Wichita, Spencer brings more than a decade of experience advising clients on complex financial matters, including business succession planning, estate and tax strategies, and charitable giving. After beginning his career in corporate finance, he transitioned into financial advisory services to help clients develop personalized financial plans aligned with their long-term goals.
As part of the transaction, Spencer joins Prime Capital Financial as a partner and managing director. He will work alongside Managing Director Andy Merchant to support the firm’s continued growth in the Wichita market.
