Cuatrecasas advises on the launch in Spain of Apollo’s first climate private equity wealth product


Cuatrecasas has advised the US firm Apollo, one of the largest alternative asset managers, on the launch of Apollo Clean Transition Equity FCR, a new vehicle designed to offer wealth investors in Spain greater access to private equity opportunities focused on the transition to clean energy and sustainable industry.

The firm team in charge of advising on this transaction included lawyers Jorge Canta (partner), Ana Serrano (associate / new legal manager of Crescenta), Juan Manuel Navajas (partner) and Isabel von Plettenberg Moreno (junior associate), from corporate, and Paz Irazusta (partner) and Miguel Ángel Orozco (associate), from tax.
