The size of the capital raising program could increase, according to the sources, who requested anonymity to discuss private information.
The Palm Beach, Florida-based growth equity and venture capital firm is focusing on startups, the report published on Wednesday noted.
1789 Capital, where Donald Trump, Jr., is a partner, is said to be leading a $1B funding round for the prediction markets platform Polymarket POLYMARKET.
The firm’s first growth fund was launched in 2023, and had posted returns of over 200% through the end of June, according to one of the sources.
