Kirkland Advises BC Partners and Vista Private Equity Portfolio Company Advanced on Sale of its Application Modernization Capabilities to IBM


Kirkland & Ellis is advising BC Partners and Vista Private Equity and their portfolio company, Advanced, on the carve-out sale of its application modernization capabilities to IBM, bringing a combination of talent, tools and knowledge to enhance IBM Consulting’s mainframe application and data modernization services.
