Quadrant-backed HTW snaps up Mitchell Brandtman in growth push


Quadrant Private Equity-backed Herron Todd White, the country’s largest residential valuation firm by volume, is scaling up.

One month after snapping up Knight Frank’s Brisbane operations, Street Talk can reveal the 58-year-old company has swooped on Mitchell Brandtman, bankrolling the acquisition with debt funding from QIC Limited and Metrics Credit Partners. Existing shareholders are also expected to roll over into the new ownership structure.
