Property Solvers tracked the average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across Stourbridge postcodes.
Quarry Park Road, Landsgate and Worcester Lane have some of the highest-valued homes across the area, according to the data.
On Quarry Park Road (DY8), 5 properties sold for an average of £1,374,000. Landsgate (DY8), 4 properties sold for an average of £893,750. Also, Worcester Lane (DY9) saw 4 properties sell for an average of £828,262.
Some of the cheapest residential streets in Stourbridge include Church Court, Cemetery Road and Dobbins Oak Road.
On Church Court (DY8) 3 properties sold for an average of £82,666, on Cemetery Road (DY9) 4 properties sold for an average of £82,800 and on Dobbins Oak Road (DY9) 6 properties sold for an average of £83,250.
Commenting on the data, Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Quarry Park Road (DY8) sold for £2,300,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £38,750 and under on The Manse (DY9), Trinity Road (DY9) and Murcroft Road (DY9).”
