Gates Developments has signed a strategic partnership with El Sewedy Holding to provide integrated electrical and mechanical solutions, community and facility management, and electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across its developments.
The agreement also includes collaboration between GatesCon, the construction arm of Gates Developments, and Elsewedy Electric Building Solutions to deliver mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works for the company’s projects.
The partnership reflects Gates Developments’ strategy of collaborating with leading specialised companies to enhance construction quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience while creating long-term value for investors and homeowners.
The signing ceremony was attended by Hassan Nasr, Chief Executive Officer of Gates Developments; Ahmed El Sewedy, Managing Director of Elsewedy Electric; Salma Hany Mahmoud, Chief Executive Officer of Elsewedy Electric Building Solutions; Mohamed Nabil, Chief Commercial Officer of Gates Developments; Hassan Kamel, Board Member of Gates Developments; and senior executives from both organisations.
Commenting on the agreement, Hassan Nasr, CEO of Gates Developments, said the partnership aligns with the company’s commitment to working with industry leaders to deliver integrated communities supported by world-class infrastructure and operational excellence.
