In a major move to accelerate the deployment of AI infrastructure, NVIDIA has entered into strategic alliances with top-tier financial institutions, including KKR, Goldman Sachs, Brookfield, Blackstone, BlackRock and Apollo.
The entities have signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) to establish autonomous compute financing platforms.
These structures will allow the financial institutions to independently underwrite, structure and syndicate pools of capital, giving NVIDIA’s client base access to highly competitive debt and hybrid financing rates.
Ultimately, the initiative aims to mobilise over US$500bn in third-party capital through dedicated, large-scale financial frameworks.
Jon Gray, President and COO of Blackstone, says: “NVIDIA has created extraordinary demand for its compute through an intense focus on customer value and versatile technology.
“We continue to be enormous investors globally across the NVIDIA ecosystem and this announcement further underscores our confidence in their platform and the future of AI infrastructure.”
