A property in West Ealing has been closed after Metropolitan Police and Ealing Council secured a court order following complaints of alleged drug-related anti-social behaviour.
The closure order was enforced last month (June 2025) at a house on Felix Road after an investigation by the Met’s Hanwell Broadway and North Hanwell Safer Neighbourhood Teams working with Ealing Council’s Safer Communities Team.
Police said more than 10 residents came forward with information that helped secure the order, while further calls from neighbours enabled officers to respond quickly when someone allegedly attempted to break into the property after it had been closed.
Posting on MetEngage following the closure, Sergeant Naeem Fazal, of Hanwell Broadway and North Hanwell Safer Neighbourhood Teams, said: “We would like to thank local residents for their invaluable support.
“Over ten members of the community came forward with crucial information, which played a significant role in securing this closure order. Your willingness to report concerns and work with us has made a real difference in tackling anti-social behaviour in the area.
“We remain committed to keeping our neighbourhoods safe and welcoming.”
