The deadline to pay real estate taxes in select municipalities at a discounted rate is this week.
The Butler County Treasurer’s office handles the payments for residents of Butler City, Callery, Connoquenessing Borough, Saxonburg, Valencia, and West Sunbury.
Real estate taxes can be paid at a 2 percent discounted rate if the payments are received by Thursday at 4:30 p.m.
The payments can be done online, in-person at the treasurer’s office, or by mail. However, mail payments must be postmarked no later than April 30th.
