LanCarte Commercial has brokered the sale of a two-building industrial portfolio at 4608 Fairlane Ave. and 4700 S. Edgewood Terrace in Fort Worth.
The transaction was led by Finn Wilson and Sarah LanCarte, with LanCarte representing both the seller and buyer, Faropoint.
The portfolio includes two industrial facilities totaling approximately 47,000 square feet. Both buildings are equipped with crane systems and heavy power.
“Both buildings were well-positioned to achieve full occupancy, making this portfolio an ideal fit for Faropoint,” Wilson said.
Following the acquisition, Faropoint has retained LanCarte Commercial to lease the properties. Plans are underway to complete full make-ready renovations for the office and warehouse spaces. According to the firm, both buildings are already seeing strong leasing activity, reflecting tenant demand for functional manufacturing facilities.
