Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. Arranges $4.3 Million Financing for Los Angeles County Industrial Property

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), a leading provider of commercial real estate capital markets financing solutions, arranged $4,310,000 in financing for a 37,127-square-foot industrial property located at 19118 South Reyes Avenue in Compton, California. The property is currently tenanted by Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Center.

Chad O’Connor, executive managing director in MMCC’s San Diego office, secured a 10-year loan at 55% loan-to-value with a national credit union on behalf of a private client. Additional terms include a 5.68% interest rate with a 30-year amortization period and no prepayment penalty.

“This financing reflects lender confidence in well‑located, stabilized industrial assets supported by a strong tenant profile,” said O’Connor. “By securing long‑term, fixed‑rate financing, we were able to help our client lock in attractive terms while positioning the property for continued performance in a core Los Angeles County submarket.”

The property is located off the Long Beach Freeway in a highly trafficked industrial area, adjacent to several other industrial warehouses and logistics centers.
