mfg Solicitors boosts real estate team

Midlands law firm mfg Solicitors has appointed Sarah Bradford as a partner in its real estate team, strengthening its commercial property offering in the Black Country.

Based at the firm’s Brierley Hill office, Sarah will lead the Real Estate team across the Black Country, working alongside colleagues in the firm’s employment and corporate teams to support businesses across the region.

Sarah joins from Higgs LLP and brings more than 22 years’ experience advising businesses, pension funds and lenders on a wide range of complex commercial property transactions.

A Black Country native, she also serves as an enterprise adviser at King Edward VI College in Stourbridge, where she supports students with careers guidance and future employment opportunities.

Sarah said: “You cannot fail to notice mfg’s regional presence, reputation and forward-thinking approach, alongside the investment they make in their specialist teams.

“Those were key reasons which influenced my decision to join.

“It is a fantastic opportunity to lead the real estate team in the Black Country, whilst also working closely with colleagues across the firm’s offices in Worcestershire, Shropshire and Birmingham.

“I’ve joined at a hugely exciting time for mfg and I’m looking forward to contributing to its continued success and helping to further enhance our reputation.”

Sarah’s appointment reflects mfg Solicitors’ continued investment in its real estate practice as it expands the expertise available to clients across the Midlands.

The firm has offices in Birmingham, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, the Black Country, Worcester, Ludlow and Telford.

Ben Rothery, partner and head of the Real Estate department at mfg Solicitors, added: “Our real estate team is one of the fastest growing in the region and Sarah’s appointment further strengthens our offering.

“She has a first-class reputation across the Midlands, but particularly in the Black Country where she has successfullyled and negotiated hundreds of commercial property deals for over two decades.

“She will head up the team from our growing Brierley Hill office as we look to expand our client base in the area.

“Sarah is already making a significant impact, both internally and with our clients, and I look forward to working closely with her in the months and years ahead.”
