According to a document filed with the Metro Development and Housing Agency, the design firm is seeking to upgrade the building, located at 48 Lindsley Ave. on 0.21 acres in Rutledge Hill and near Metro’s Richard H. Fulton Campus. KSA will go before the MDHA Design Review Committee on Jan. 16 to seek approvals for the planned updates.
