Royal LePage Frank Real Estate celebrates success at 2024 Kick-Off event

Royal LePage Frank Real Estate announced the success of its highly-anticipated 2024 Kick-Off event held on January 16.

Keynote speakers

The event showcased renowned keynote speakers Andrew Fogliato from JustSellHomes.ca and Royal LePage CEO Phil Soper. As well, Lisa Gibbs from the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation highlighted contributions of Royal LePage agents to the National Women and Children’s Shelter charity, and TD economist, Rishi Sondhi, delivered a promising 2024 forecast.

Royal LePage Frank Real Estate reports the event attracted record attendance, and participants were enthusiastic and interested in what the speakers shared.

Acquisition announcement

Another key part of the Kick-Off was the brokerage’s announcement about acquiring two long-established brokerages, TipTop Realty in Colborne Northumberland and Royal LePage Baird Real Estate in Courtice, to “make our brokerage even stronger.”

The union marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy. Dennis Roberts, broker/owner of Royal LePage Frank Real Estate, says, “We are delighted to welcome TipTop Realty and Royal LePage Baird Real Estate into the Royal LePage Frank Real Estate family. Both brokerages bring a wealth of experience, a strong reputation and a commitment to excellence that aligns seamlessly with our values.”

The brokerage’s broker of record/owner, John Byers, notes the collaboration is “expected to create synergies, resulting in an expanded footprint and an enriched client experience. Clients in Colborne Northumberland and Courtice can now access a broader range of services while benefiting from the local expertise and personalized touch that these long-established brokerages bring to the table.”
