Listing prices for homes on the market in Dutchess County continue to surpass 2023 numbers, with the median list price for homes in April being $579,475, an increase of 5.5% from April 2023.

The average home in Dutchess County is 2,245 square feet and on the market for about 43 days, compared to the 47 days listed for the April median nationwide.

In April, Dutchess saw about 316 new listings, a 27.4% increase from 248 listings in April 2023.

Here are six homes in Poughkeepsie, Hopewell Junction, Fishkill, Stanfordville and Red Hook listed on realtor.com and priced near $579,475. One or more could have been sold or taken off market by the time of publication.
