Australian firm Care Park has completed a major upgrade of its parking payment infrastructure through a partnership with Transaction Network Services, according to a press release.
The modernization project spans more than 400 sites across the Asia-Pacific region and replaces decades-old equipment and multiple vendor systems with a single cloud-based platform designed to improve operational efficiency and customer convenience.
Care Park is one of the largest parking management companies in the Asia-Pacific region, operating and managing parking facilities across Australia, New Zealand and several international markets. Transaction Network Services provides secure payment processing, networking and managed connectivity solutions for industries including parking, retail, financial services and unattended payments.
The upgraded system introduces a digital-first parking experience through the Care Park mobile app, which allows customers to search for parking, pre-book spaces and make payments without leaving their vehicles. The company said the overhaul reduces compliance risks and vendor complexity while supporting increased digital adoption. Care Park also expects expanded pre-booking capabilities to create additional revenue opportunities through dynamic pricing and improved occupancy management.
