PropTech Hub Launches in Egypt as Strategic Investment Company

Coldwell Banker Commercial Advantage, Edafa Venture and Prime Group Egypt have launched PropTech Hub to support real estate technology startups through investment and acceleration programmes.

Real estate consultancy Coldwell Banker Commercial Advantage, venture capital firm Edafa Venture and property developer Prime Group Egypt have launched PropTech Hub, a specialised investment and development company focused on supporting real estate technology startups in Egypt and the wider region.

The company is positioned as an extension of the PropTech Program launched in October 2025 to identify promising ventures, invest in them and support their expansion.

According to the companies, PropTech Hub is built around three pillars — Connect, Innovate and Elevate — aimed at linking entrepreneurs, investors and industry stakeholders while supporting the development and scaling of real estate technology solutions.

The initiative focuses on digital transformation across real estate development, management, operations, marketing and investment.

“The launch of PropTech Hub represents a strategic step toward establishing a structured investment company dedicated to real estate technology,” Mahmoud Farag, CEO of Prime Group Egypt, said. “Our focus is on empowering scalable solutions and connecting promising startups with real growth opportunities through impactful partnerships and investments.”

PropTech Hub also announced plans to unveil its first startup cohort through an upcoming launch event that will present the company’s investment and acceleration framework, future roadmap and planned partnerships.

The event is expected to include representatives from the real estate, investment, technology and media sectors.
