Brooklyn Listings Six Months Later: Two Sold

This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Crown Heights, Bed Stuy, and Brooklyn Heights. How did they fare?

First up, this Romanesque Revival dwelling is a striking presence at the end of a stretch of Park Slope row houses, with its richly ornamental exterior and some period details still intact. This former House of the Day sold in February for $5.7 million, which was $450,000 over the asking price.

In Crown Heights, an estate condition row house has some period details like mantels, wainscoting, and built-ins. This former Open House Pick is still on the market for $2.425 million, a price cut of $325,000.

In Bed Stuy, this row house also has some original details, including mantels, wood floors, stained glass, and moldings. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in March.

Finally, in the Brooklyn Heights Historic District, this two-bedroom walkup in an early apartment building combines 19th century details with more modern updates, including a chic green kitchen with terra-cotta tile floor. This former Co-op of the Day sold in June for $1.275 million, which was $20,000 under the asking price.
