PACI launches ‘Resident Removal’ service on Sahel for private property owners

The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has introduced a new “Resident Removal” service through the Sahel app, allowing private property owners to request the removal of individuals registered as residents at their properties.

The service is currently available to owners of private properties who have activated the pre-registration feature for resident data.

In simple terms, the service allows a property owner to electronically request the removal of a person who is still officially registered as living at their property, without having to complete the process through traditional in-person procedures.

The new digital service is part of PACI’s efforts to streamline civil information procedures and expand electronic government services through the Sahel platform.
