Rachel Bliss

BOSTON— Commercial real estate firm Colliers has appointed Rachel Bliss as vice president on its Downtown Urban Leasing team in Boston, adding an advisor with experience in tenant representation and the local commercial real estate market.

Bliss will advise tenants on leasing strategy, site selection and negotiations in downtown Boston, according to the company.

Before joining Colliers, Bliss served as a vice president at Hughes Marino, where she advised clients on commercial real estate matters. She previously held positions at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield.

“Every client has different priorities when it comes to their real estate, and understanding those is key to finding the right solution,” Bliss said in a statement. She added that she looked forward to joining the Colliers team and bringing a client-focused approach to her work.

David Goodhue, executive managing director at Colliers, said Bliss has built a strong reputation for client service and delivering results.

John Butterworth, managing director of Colliers’ Urban Leasing team, said Bliss’s experience would add to the team’s capabilities as it continues its work in the Boston market.

Colliers provides commercial real estate services, including leasing, investment management and advisory services.
