Real estate firm buys Cincinnati-area property for $32M, nearly double last sale price


CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A large industrial property in Cincinnati’s northern suburbs is in new hands after fetching a sale price nearly double what it last traded for a decade ago.

San Diego-based Realty Income in May acquired the industrial property at 9841-9845 Windisch Road in West Chester Township for $32.7 million through Realty Income U.S. Core Plus 2 LP, according to property records.

The 25-acre site sits on the east side of Interstate 75 a half mile south of the Union Centre Boulevard interchange.
