The lifeboat fund declared Chancery Partnership, last authorised with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) predecessor the Financial Services Authority back in 2005, as failed last Wednesday (4 March).
The FSCS also last Friday (6 March) listed authorised alternative investment fund manager MCI Global Investment Advisors as failed.
MCI Global Investment Advisors provided alternative investment fund management services for funds, among these unauthorised Novus Black Fund UK, according to the FSCS.
