June is, without question, the best month for my inbox.
This is when we see an annual influx of new collection announcements—the full reveals for those who have just returned from Las Vegas Jewelry Week, or those who weren’t able to make the trip at all.
I had the immense privilege in Vegas of seeing many of these jewels up close and personal: trying them on, feeling their weight, and taking very amateur iPhone photos along the way. Still, nothing beats the official debut of a collection, tied together in a neat little parcel of beautiful photography and thoughtful storytelling. I am not being facetious when I say it’s an absolute thrill.
So that’s largely what you’ll find here: new jewels from collections featured at the JCK, Luxury, and Couture shows. Moonstone and pearl make appearances as well, honoring June’s birthstones. Together, they form a lineup of pieces so wish-list-worthy that I find myself practically drooling over them.
